Admission Fee / School Fees and other administrative fees

Non-Refundable Payments: Requests for refunds of non-refundable payments, such as Admission Fees, School Fees, or charges associated with examinations, excursions, and other activities, will not be considered. Admission Fees paid to the school are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Excess Fee Refunds: However, any excess fee paid for a period beyond the date of withdrawal will be refunded within 6-8 weeks.

Refund Disbursement: Refunds will be issued to the same account and person who initially paid the fees.

Refund as a Right: Refund is not a matter of right.

Policy Changes: The school reserves the right to modify the fees, withdrawals, and refund policies at its own discretion.

Admission Cancellation: Parents wishing to cancel their ward’s admission must submit a written application signed by both parents or whoever signed the original admission form.

School Fee Payment: The school fee for the current academic term must be cleared, even if the student has not attended classes (online or offline), as the student’s seat is considered occupied.

Withdrawal Application Timing: Applications for withdrawal of admission will not be accepted or processed during the school vacation period.

Additional Considerations:

  • Please ensure that your withdrawal application includes the student’s name, admission number, and reason for withdrawal.
  • All refunds will be subject to any applicable taxes or deductions as per local regulations.
  • The school may require additional documentation or verification before processing a refund.

Return Policy

Return Window: We offer returns within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased more than 30 days ago.

Eligible Items: All products, with the exception of socks, are eligible for free returns and exchanges.

 

Return Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with any tags still attached. Damaged or used items will not be accepted for return.

 

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

Processing: Once your returned item is received it will be inspected, Following inspection, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method (credit card, etc.) within a designated timeframe.

Refund Timeframe: Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

Verification: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. There may be a slight delay before the refund is officially reflected in your account.

 

Exchanges

 

Exchangeable Items: We are happy to replace items that do not fit, are defective, or are damaged upon arrival.

Price Point: Please note that exchanges can only be made for items with a similar price point to the original item you purchased.
